How we work

EcoCleaners was founded 2004 in Ireland.
After taking on absolutely everything in our first years, we now specialise in private houses and holiday let change-overs.
In 2009 the service was also set up in Cornwall, U.K.
We love cleaning and take pride in fine-tuning our service to meet exactly your demands. Your feedback helps us to make sure we get the focus just right to suit your personal situation.

Our hygiene procedures

EcoCleaners' staff are trained in strict colour-coded hygiene procedures. By religiously using certain colours for certain areas, we avoid spreading bacteria throughout your home, thus avoiding the need for toxic desinfectants. Besides that we use a full set of 16 sterilised cotton and linen towels, scourers and micro-fibre cloths per house.

Our cleaning products

All eco-friendly cleaning products are included in our rates. You don't have to provide anything at all.
We use Ecover floorsoap, cream cleaner, multi-surface spray and toilet-desinfectant. For glass, mirrors and chrome we use our own vinegar based spray, leaving a sparkling clean shine.

Our cleaning utensils

We bring our own Henri hoover with double filter system, our micro-fibre flat mops, we supply all swing-bin bags and pedal-bin liners (biodegradable), hoover-bags (degradable). We bring toothbrushes for those hard-to-reach places, we bring soap-pads and tooth-picks, brushes and feather dusters

We air your home by opening windows - we promise never to spray any air-freshener or furniture polish but instead trust our own products and cleaning methods to leave a fresh, healthy and spotless house for you to return to.
